The duplex overlooks the swimming pool, which is convenient for supervision. The complex consists of three attached duplex units; Unit 21 is situated at the end, therefore private from passers by. The Complex has stairs leading to the bedrooms on the top floor and is secure with 24 hour security response. The white sand / dunes and un-spoilt beaches are just 2 minutes away. Sun Acres is a luxury, self-catering duplex that sleeps 6/8 people. Three bedrooms: a queen bed, a double bed, two single beds and a double fold down sleeper. The main bedroom is on suite with bath, basin & toilet. The other bathroom is shower, basin & toilet. The kitchen is well equipped, catering up to eight people with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, kettle & toaster, etc. The kitchen has a counter opening to the dinning area. The scullery has a washing machine and ironing facility. The dining room has a dining room table and chairs with sideboard. A television with DStv (optional extra connection ) or bring your own smart card to activate TV. Partially serviced, house keeping on Tuesday and Thursday (except Public Holidays and weekends). All linen and bath towels are provided as is start up toilet tissue and soaps. Beach / pool towels and umbrella and firewood. DSTV connections. Washing machine powder (front loader).
