Desiccant testing is done locally on the quality / life of your desiccant. An exothermic test is done on the desiccant as received, and also after a regeneration cycle. This is then compared to the required minimum expectations as well as against new desiccant. The samples are also checked for mechanical damage and oil contamination. Full reports will be forwarded for each sample that is tested. Samples should be taken from the top and bottom of both vessels for each dryer and clearly marked.
We can also supply desiccant to suit your needs for Compressed Air Adsorption Dryers.
NIC has fully committed, dynamic, competent instrumentation personnel with extensive experience, exposure and expert knowledge to take full responsibility for the different facets on a project.
