Clean and well equipped units in a secure environment. Unit 1 Sea view apartment (one of only two units), comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan lounge and dining room with sunroom recess leading off the lounge, and equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and shower-en-suite, the second bedroom has twin single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. There are two single beds in the sunroom recess. Remote control colour T.V. with shared satellite. The unit is situated on the upstairs level with its own entrance and lock-up garage for one vehicle. Extra secure parking can be arranged on request. Comfortably sleeps seven guests maximum. Unit 2 The garden cottage has one bedroom (double bed) with shower-en-suite and a separate open-plan living/dining area with equipped kitchenette. There are twin single beds in the living area, ceiling fans throughout and remote control air-conditioner and colour T.V.Own entrance, garden view, outdoor area and lock-up garage. Suitable for business, a couple or small family (three adults maximum), sleeps four guests.
