Capacity
A combination of my extensive experience in 2 blue chip FMCG companies combined with my qualifications and a database of individuals who have the necessary competencies specific to their roles (bearing in mind that I have worked with said individuals) gives Excalibur the edge over other recruitment agencies.
Structure
Excalibur is based both in Gauteng and Durban. Excalibur is BBE compliant and a legally registered company.
Fees Structure
My placement fees remain 10% across the board for all permanent placements (please refer to SLA).
How does Excalibur assist clients in the recruitment process?
1. Excalibur holds a hiring manager discussion detailing the qualification, skills, knowledge, work experience, equity and gender requirements with the client. A suitable vacancy advert is drawn up in conjunction with the job specification.
2. Adverts are placed in leading newspapers and on job websites.
3. Excalibur shortlists the top cvs received & send over to the hiring manager.
4. Interviews are set-up and all logistics regarding interviews are handled by Excalibur.
