The Midlands School of Music is located in the western suburbs of Durban. Mike teaches digital piano and keyboard. He is a Yamaha demonstrator who has taught and demonstrated digital piano's most of his life. He has put many students through their Royal School of Music Theory exams up to grade 6. Mike also plays background music at venues in the Midlands and around Durban. He specialises in light jazz e.g. Cole Porter, Frank Sinatra & MIchael Buble etc. Mike also repairs keyboards in his spare time. We also have on board a guitar teacher who teaches guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar and banjo. The MIdlands School has an online shop which will be live soon. In the shop you will find a huge variety of music tuition books, instruments and reconditioned piano's.
