Mossel Bay is famous because it is the only North facing beach in South Africa. It is situated close to the town of George, and is only about 15 minutes drive away from the George Airport. Dana Bay is a favourite destination among anglers and the long white beaches are virtually unspoiled. The larger Dana Bay area slopes above the beach line providing residents with an amazing view.
