Company description
The upper level of the house offers three comfortable bedrooms on a dark sprung wooden floor. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, an en suite shower, basin and toilet, with under-floor heating, and a private balcony for watching early morning sunrises over the Maluti Mountains. The second bedroom, north facing, has comfortable twin beds. A double bunk bed in the third bedroom completes the picture and is ideal for the kids to have their own space. On the lower level of the house, the lounge (with fireplace), dining area and kitchen are all open plan. The lounge has as a TV and DVD player with DSTV, SABC and e-TV channels available. DVD¿s can be rented in the town. The kitchen is fully equipped for six people and includes a combination fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, as well as a glass top hob and under-counter oven. A second bathroom, with bath, shower and toilet is situated downstairs. All floors, including, the lounge, bathroom and kitchen, are tiled and have under-floor heating. At the rear of the house, there is a laundry available to customers on request. A unique feature of the house is that all the east and north facing doors fold back, to combine the generous patio space with the interior of the house. Sundowners and peaceful summer evenings can be enjoyed in this way, with a Weber provided for braaing. Under cover parking is provided for two vehicles. The airy fully equipped open plan kitchen has the following: 4 plate stove and oven, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave oven, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee plunger, Kitchen utensils, Ample cutlery, crockery, glasses.
