The granite surface kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator / freezer etc. The light and spacious Italian tiled bathroom has a bath and large shower. Lynwood Apartment has it's own entrance and secure undercover parking a few metres from the front door. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays. Laundry facilities are available. There is a small safe to secure valuables. The entire property is security fenced and gated.
