Description
Infraburo has a company policy regarding equal opportunities in the workplace and has taken a conscious decision and steps to implement the policy, as has already been evident in the company structure since its inception. Currently a total of 51% of the shares of the company is owned by PDI's with Mr. R. R. Netshampofu appointed as the Managing Director of Infraburo as from 1 March 2003. The company is also actively investing in an education programme for existing and future employees of the company as well as prospective students from all sectors of the South African community with an interest in Civil Engineering. Infraburo also strives to give opportunities to technical students who have to complete their practical training in order to obtain their respective diplomas.

Company description
As a Company Infraburo also strives to make use of the services of PDI Consultancies such as land surveyors and other emerging engineering firms as far as possible and to also give support to such companies as and when requested. Several surveys have been undertaken for the company by Messrs T C Setate Surveyors, Messrs Maemela Land Surveyors and Messrs M P Luvhengo Land Surveyors. Additional to this, Infraburo executed the rehabilitation of flood related damage to roads in the Tzaneen Area for the NPRA in a joint venture with Messrs Interconsult-Phenyo.
It is the long term vision of the Directors to restrict the size of the company to that of a small to medium size firm and to develop the company as one where no differentiation is made between employees, based on race or sex.
