The restaurant is situated over the original blacksmith shop that was built in1870 as well as the stone sheep kraal. The undercover area is used during the colder months of the year and for lunches. Most of the wedding couples have the wedding ceremony in the undercover area. It just has a very special feel to it - standing next to the huge ancient rock saying your wedding vows - very special! If you want a beach ceremony you can have the ceremony and photos at the beach and the reception at Bosduifklip. We are only a 5-10 minutes drive from the sea. Whether you have the ceremony at the beach or at Bosduifklip with the reception at Bosduifklip, you will have the most wonderful West Coast wedding ever! We have two dance floors nestled between the rocks. There is just something very romantic and special about a wedding couple opening the dance floor and dancing under the starlit sky with the moon silently watching. We do not do any décor. We can assist you with contact details of décor companies nearby. Extra glasses or special plates that you would like to use, other than those that we normally use, can also be hired at the décor company. We have worked with the décor companies before and can recommend them. We are fully licensed. Please contact us for the arrangements concerning the bar. You can arrange for the type of music that you would like - we can assist in contact details of a Wedding DJ that we have worked with before. We most certainly book a wedding as a very private function - with a minimum of 40 people.
