As Per the SANS 1850:2003 Xtraction Services will clean your entire Kitchen Canopy Extraction System:- The extraction canopy (hood) will be deep cleaned reducing the risk of fire.
- Canopy Filters, grease traps and gutters will be cleaned and freed of grease build ups and blockages. This will improve extraction efficiency.
- The ducts will be cleaned reducing the major fire hazard they pose and increase air movement through the system.
- The Fan, Fan Housing and Outlet will be cleaned. This is very important, as it can prolong the life of your fan and reduce the risk of untimely breakdowns, which can cause major disruptions to your business.
- In the event of a fan breakdown call out, our technicians will attempt to repair your fan on site. If not possible, we will remove your fan, repair and replace in the shortest possible time to avoid disruptions to your business.
- Before and after photos will be provided for your records.
- A report will be issued regarding the state of your system.
- Material Safety Data sheets to be supplied for eco and food friendly chemicals used.
