1. Wellness Coaching ( one on one or group)
Wellness coaching assists you in setting realistic and attainable goals that enable you to stay committed, motivated and inspired. This service helps you to achieve clear goals within a given time frame. Each session is one hour once a week.
2. Pilates ( one on one or group)
Pilates is great for low impact exercise and stretches that improve your physical strength, flexibility, posture and mental wellbeing. Pilates is used in conjunction with cardio vascular training to get maximum results.
3. Nutritional guidance and advice
I offer guidance on how to enjoy food and incorporate healthy eating, Healthy eating is not about being boring and hungry but rather about being organized and committed to making subtle changes that enable you to control your weight and manage your lifestyle more effectively.
4. Personal Training
Personal training is about listening to what the client wants, discuss the options, set realistic goals and put a plan in place to reach the desired goal. A personal trainer will motivate and encourage you to stay active
and injury free, at the same time enjoy exercise without getting bored.
Sessions are available one on one or group.
5. Boot camp
Boot camp is a combination of body weight exercises, interval training and strength training in a fun and functional way that is cost effective. If you are injury free, uninhibited, wanting to be outside and have no issue with the weather, then this is for you. Get a few friends (minimum 4 max 6 ), choose a venue and time from below, the rest is left to me. There are three different levels – beginners, intermediate and advanced depending on your fitness. Let me know what level you want.
