There are two spacious general-use living areas, one leading out to a large balcony with a Jacuzzi where one can sip champagne while watching the sunset over the Atlantic. The second adjoining living area has a fireplace and leads onto the dining room and well equipped kitchen. The house is tastefully decorated throughout. With 3 levels of balconies and a pool and barbeque area, the outdoor areas are ideal for entertainment and meetings while offering total privacy for sunbathing. A basic gym awaits the health-conscious. The pool area is located on the mountainside of the Villa. This area is secure as there is a lockable gate and fence to prevent children from gaining access. There is secure garaging for 3 cars and five off street parking bays ideally suited for multi-families or companies when several cars are in use.
