Divorces
Should you have sufficient reasons and you are 100% certain that you do want a Divorce we will assist with TENDER LEGAL CARE, as we understand Divorces are amongst the most stressful events in ones’ life. We will do all the drafting of the necessary documents to obtain a superior Court Order. This includes issuing the documents at the relevant Court, at the Family Advocate, and lodging them with the Sheriff for service upon the Defendant. We offer two packages, one for Contested and one for Uncontested Divorces. Each matter is unique depending on parties’ ability to reach a Settlement Agreement; if no Agreement is reached through our negotiations the matter becomes contested.

Arrange a consultation in order to discuss the different options, i.e. with Accrual and without Accrual. Please remember that we need to have this document Notarised before the taking of vows and it is to be presented to the presiding marriage official on your wedding day.
Drafting Wills
The importance of a Will in today’s economical era has become vital; TLC will draft a Will & Testament (average 5 pages) with 5 Addendums detailing your desire and will regarding your money, property & all other assets. This can all be done electronically if you so choose, whereby we send you a 1st draft for your approval after having received instructions and thereafter post the original Testament to you for signature and safekeeping.
