Asset-backed funding: We fill a void in the market for clients who require funding for working capital, need to reduce their bank exposure or need to meet other short term requirements. This product has been designed to meet the requirements of clients who are asset-rich but in need of short-term liquidity. Commercial Bond Origination: There may be certain transactions which are more suitable for commercial banks. For a small fee based on the value of the loan we will assist our clients in applying for a commercial loan with Commercial banks that best suits the clients’ needs.
