The firm provides a specialised property law service, which includes involvement in property developments from inception to conclusion of the resulting conveyancing. Our expertise extends to both conventional (land register) and sectional title developments, as well as group housing schemes, which have particular requirements such as the establishment of a Homeowners' Association. Our focus is entirely on property law and related contract/commercial law. We intentionally do not offer a general legal service.
