Centeq Events has the expertise and experience to develop action lists per supplier and to implement a plan of action. Event co-ordination – i.e.: manage suppliers and action lists. Leading up to the event, someone needs to put together the suppliers and the work breakdown structures and to ensure that the action items are done. Onsite management – the day of the event arrives and all the hard work needs to fall into place. Centeq offers to manage and run your event logistics on the day to ensure that no loose ends fall through the cracks and all the dedication, commitment and planning leading up to the big day results in a successful event. Financial Management – In all business ventures, finances is key to the success or failure of an event. Whether it is breakeven or profits that you are trying to achieve, a strict budget with constant analysis and reporting is essential. Centeq is able to assist with the drafting of budgets, balance sheet reporting, income against expenditure analysis, reconciliation of supplier payments, un-audited financial reports with VAT analysis.
