New Programme Offerings
Capsicum offers a new Programme in Chocolate Arts and Confectionery, a first of it’s kind in South Africa. To ensure global standards for this progamme, state-of-the-art chocolate and pastry kitchens are now available in both the Cape Town and Johannesburg Campuses. In addition, Capsicum will be launching the Foundation Award in Management Principles during 2012.
