Description
We are a proactive supporter of the National Waste Management process in South Africa . We work with other responsible stakeholders to change plastic scrap material from environmentally damaging garbage into a wide variety of useful, reusable and attractive plastic products. We are one of the largest independent family-owned recycler in South Africa .We use modern imported technology, machinery and systems to enhance volumes and quality of the recycling that we do. This increases the impact of what we do.

Profile We are one of the largest recyclers in the Western Cape and are currently recycling in excess of 500 tons per month.
Since 2000 we've been in the process of upgrading with the latest dedicated recycling machinery for our factory.
As a result most of the film blowers in the Western Cape send their plastic scrap material for us to recycle.
We have steadily increased our staff contingent to 106 members (we mainly employ previously disadvantaged workers).
We have a weighbridge to ensure that our efficiencies are dramatically improved.
We do Transportation of plastic scrap material where required and we have achieved steady annual growth from the original 40 tons per month.
We are currently a BBBEE Level 2 contributor at a 125% rating, but working towards a Level 1 contributor at a 135% rating.

Grade & Sort scrap Polyethylene film.
Wash & Pelletize scrap Polyethylene film.
Sell & distribute high quality recycled Polyethylene pellets to blown film manufacturers (Plastic Converters) to supply the Packaging Industry & the Agricultural Piping Industry for irrigation systems.
