Our training approach is unique in comparison to our competitors offering. Traditionally a client would send a number of individuals to an off-site venue for a full days training, where we prefer, to Start by reducing learning constrains, facilitating a learning culture and implementing the National skills development Strategy in our clients organization. We have adopted two clients’ approaches:
Approach 1
Clients come in small groups to our centre for learning program training interventions. Learning materials and other learning instruments will be provided by GFTC. These sessions are called Public Courses. Meals, Training Material, all Handouts, and all aftercare are also catered for and included.
Approach 2
We send a trainer to the client’s premises arranged dates and times that you require. Training is specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual, according to their current skills and pace of learning. Delegates receive training in more manageable sessions arranged over a spread of a few days that allows for greater absorption of knowledge and an opportunity to practice and verify the new skills after each session prior to commencing the next one.
Our key differentiating factors is our dedicated client service, quality of training and the ability to "go the extra mile". We are deeply committed to ensuring that each individual client receives the required high level of training that is benchmarked to international best practice and standards.
Each delegate receives a student manual and other relevant learning tools that allows them to follow and revise the material that has been taught to them. Upon completion of the course, each delegate will receive a Global Faces Training & Consulting certificate of attendance. Should the client or delegate require Portfolio of Evidence to be completed, the P.O.E will be Assessed and Moderated and the delegate will receive a Certificate of Competence accredited by Services/ETD SETA.
