The company is owned and run by Managing Director, Karen Longman, who has been with the company since 2007. Easy Africa is situated in Jetpark, 10 minutes away from the largest airport in South Africa, but also has an excellent distribution network, enabling us to distribute country wide to main service centres within 24 – 72 hours. Delivery to outlying areas may take 2 – 4 working days.Dewald van der Sandt, has been with the company since 1998 and is the Industrial Protective Clothing Consultant and sells a wide variety of Industrial Protective Clothing / Safety Shoes & Boots / and any other products used for protection, such as a wide variety of application-specific gloves, eyewear, ear protection, harnesses, hard hats, etc.
Our Industrial Department supplies recording charts & pens and our mine hoist team is responsible for the final assembly of our mine hoist charts on site. Other products include specialized adhesive tapes (eg double sided tape used by aviation companies / fibre glass tape etc), Varta & Duracell batteries and dust masks (FFP1 / 2 / 3). Our Industrial Sales Consultant, Charlotte Pneuma is office based.
Our Medical Department supplies : ecg paper & electrodes (for heart monitoring / resting ecgs / stress ecgs); lung function paper and mouthpieces; ultrasound paper (Sony & Mitsubishi) and ultrasound gel; electro gel and ctg/fetal paper (for labour and maternity wards). Ecg disposable electrode brands include Medico Electrodes (our most popular brand!), Meditrace and Skintact. Other products include ECG & Fetal MACHINES / First Aid Kits & Refills.
