At Thermo we believe in friendly professional service and an after-sales backup. We have a genuine warranty, but to date had not had to replace any unit due to faulty material or workmanship. We do not spend a lot of money on advertising, and therefor rely on our happy customers' word-of-mouth references. We are manufacturers and therefor do not make site visits, but are willing to sit down with you at our showroom and discuss any special products you may need.
Further to our standard range, we specialize in custom units, gathers / hoods, flues, cowls and any related products. We are also the preferred supplier of insulated flue kits to importers of cast-iron closed-combustion fireplaces. These can also be bought directly from our factory.
