Our trainers are all qualified personal trainers and are highly experienced in different forms of training, from bodybuilding competitions to injury rehabilitation; if it’s any thing to with reaching a personal physical goal we can help you achieve it.
We have a qualified Sports massage therapist on site who deals with sports injuries, stress relief, deep tissue, feet and sinus drainage massages.
