The apartment comprises of open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room and patio, as well as three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons including eye level oven and hob, large LG fridge and freezer, microwave, large 7.2 kg LG washing machine as well as all the smaller appliances including a coffee machine. The main and guest bedrooms both have sea and mountain views and both have queen size beds. The main bedroom is en-suite with a shower, toilet and basin. The 3rd bedroom is ideally suited for children. It faces the courtyard and has a double bunk as well as it¿s own TV to occupy the kids. The 2nd bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin. One can see the sea and the Hottentots Holland mountain range from the dining room and the lounge. The lounge has a TV and genuine leather lounge couches. You can relax and enjoy the magnificent views from the patio. The quality of the furnishings in the apartment is of a very high standard. Great care has been taken to ensure that everything you require for a home away from home has been met. All linen and towels are supplied. Greenways Golf Estate is a 24-hour secured Golf Estate (9 hole mashie course) on the beach (there is no road between the estate and the beach). Entrances to the estate is restricted and tightly controlled. The estate boasts a 9 hole golf course, swimming pools and tennis courts which guests have access to. There are also walking paths throughout the estate and it is very safe for children to play.
