There are three apartments that all have separate entrances leading onto a private patio with braai/barbeque facilities and into the garden. Guinea Fowl The first apartment is a luxury double apartment with a separate bedroom, with twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower and garden views and another room with a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Seahorse Family Apartment The second two-roomed apartment is the largest and best suited to a family of four. It has a large bedroom with twin beds and living area with a couch. The other room has a single bed and a sleeper couch on the one side and a fully equipped kitchen on the other. Both rooms have beautiful garden views. Gecko Apartment The third apartment is a large room with twin beds, a kitchen and living area all in one, also with beautiful garden views. All the rooms are light, airy and equipped with the following: Sunset Splendour is in walking distance to the Longbeach Mall making shopping for food and supplies easy. It is a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Noordhoek beach and Chapmans Peak Drive on the Atlantic coast. It is also a 5 minute drive to Fish Hoek beach in False Bay, a more protected beach that is great for swimming. Three minutes down the road is Noordhoek farm village a quaint shopping/craft village with two great restaurants and play area for kids. Noordhoek is situated half way between Cape Town and Cape Point, so it is perfectly situated for scenic peninsula outings.
