Neucoat has existed since 1984, it was purchased into Arthur Dowson PTY (Ltd) in 1993 by Mr. C.G Dowson, and is currently owned and managed by the directors. We pride ourselves on good product quality and customer service, we treasure our customer's support enabling continuous growth in market share.Our advanced knowledge of material inputs, manufacturing processes, and our technical skills allow us to make innovative product developments, and customer specific customisation.
Neucoat obtained the ISO 9001 certification in December 2004, and has successfully passed all audits since. This certification shows consistency in product and service quality, and the ability to identify and correct areas from which problems may arise.

The local content of our products is approximately 88% by value. The imported content is not available in South Africa as there are no local manufacturers of these materials. Being a family owned business, Neucoat is currently not a B.E.E company, but we do abide by Employment Equity legal requirements. We carry large amounts of stock, usually around ten thousand rolls. This enables us to have very short order lead times when selling our standard stock items, it also gives us flexibility in scheduling the production of special runs.
Neucoat's manufacturing facility and head-office is based in JHB. Neucoat has a warehouse and sales office in Capetown, which, along with a delivery fleet and good relations with preferred courier services, allows countrywide deliveries within very reasonable delivery times.
